Our dedicated Repossession Conveyancing Department understands the sensitive nature of a repossession action and always act in the spirit of Treating Customers Fairly. Unlike many other law firms, our lawyers and paralegals will always pro-actively identify and resolve any legal impediments to a sale at the earliest possible opportunity - either by way of corrective conveyancing or the provision of adequate title indemnity insurance - in order to ensure that the title being offered to the purchaser is good and marketable. We combine this approach with an 'early conclusion of missives philosophy' that we know results in fewer lost sales and ensures a better net return for our lender clients and their borrowers.

Our Remortgage Department are regularly rated as top performers in clients' league tables due to market-leading turnaround times from mortgage offer to completion and our innovative use of technology as standard. Having been part of the Working Group tasked with migrating Scotland's conveyancing towards automatic registration, wherever possible we process remortgage cases via the Land Register of Scotland's ARTL portal.
