We protect our Landlords from the complex and delicate matter of managing a property, and its tenants, on a full time basis.

Personal one-to-one services from your own dedicated Property Factor; monitored rent collection, with monthly statement of accounting provided; maintenance issues dealt with promptly and with minimum of fuss, "Out of Hours" emergency service; Regular property inspections with full written reports and individual accounting and tax advice available from our own in-house Accounts & Tax Department.

Protecting Your Property

Our team will meticulously prepare a detailed Inventory and Statement of Condition, whilst our expert Property Lawyers will ensure that a tightly drafted lease is drafted and executed correctly.

Discounted Legal Advice

We offer our landlord clients, in-house, all the benefits and backup of one of Scotland's leading law firms. We hope the Lease will be trouble free but if not, our Litigation Department is at our landlord clients' disposal to resolve disputes or recover debts. All Property Management clients receive discounted legal fees.
